Here are some of the typical activities we engage in throughout the year

Mothers of Preschoolers

MOPS meets Tuesdays from xxx to xxxx. For more information, check out the MOPS at Beverly site.

Fellowship Events

We may gather for breakfast before church, lunch after Sunday worship, a pot luck dinner, or an All-Church pot picnic and barbeque in early June. The schedule may vary throughout the year, but there’s always plenty of food for any visitors who would like to join us.

Neighborhood Events

Beverly Covenant is active in the Beverly community. We participate in the Memorial Day parade, walk in the Breast Cancer march, and offer hospitality during the annual South Side St. Patrick’s Day parade.

Organ Concert

We typically host the American Guild of Organists for a pre-Christmas organ concert on a Sunday afternoon in December.

Southside Chicago Homeless Services

Our church prepares and serves meals at the shelter in Marquette Park several times a month. We periodically collect supplies, such as outerwear and underwear, for SCHS guests.

Blue Christmas

We recognize that the holiday season can be overwhelming. Blue Christmas is a reflective service designed for those who may be struggling.

Camping & Retreats

We support three Christian camps: Covenant Harbor, Covenant Point, and Silver Birch Ranch as well as the Covenant High in Christ (CHIC), a week-long youth event sponsored by the Covenant every 3 years.
